Ermita de la Victòria Route

This excursion aims to showcase the natural area of Cap del Pinar, currently protected under the Balearic Islands Natural Areas Law. The starting point is Alcúdia. Following the road toward Mal Pas, after a couple of kilometres we reach the residential area of Mal Pas – Bonaire, from where we continue along the coastal road to the marina. After taking the road to La Victòria and passing the Torrent de les Fontanelles, a short 5-minute walk brings us to l’Illot (bar and restroom facilities available). Passing the turn-off to Cap del Pinar (on the left), we continue uphill until reaching the Hermitage of La Victòria. Hermitage of La Victòria – Penya del Migdia. From here, it is recommended to continue the route on foot. A narrow ascending path leads to a coastal trail (left), which after 3 km brings us to the base of Penya del Migdia. From there, we continue for approximately 15 minutes to the summit, where a stunning panoramic view of Pollença Bay and Cap de Formentor awaits. On clear days, it is even possible to see the island of Menorca.
